National rollout of fully digitalized e-fapiao set on 1 December 2024
The State Taxation Administration (STA) in China has officially declared the roll-out of the nationwide fully digitalized e-fapiao, starting 1 December 2024.
E-fapiao pilot progressively expands to further regions
The Chinese government expanded the e-fapiao pilot to an additional seven regions. Following the latest ones joining the pilot, the deployment of fully digitalized invoices is almost done.
E-fapiao pilot continues to advance in new regions
Additional regions have taken part in the e-fapiao pilot. More taxpayers can issue fully digitalized invoices to their trading parties.
