No, you only need to add and approve the suppliers you receive e-invoices from.

If you already have a service at Pagero, please contact your sales representative at Pagero or our sales team and they will inform you about our value-added services.

If the supplier has Pagero as their service provider, you will receive a notification in Pagero Online when they have accepted your request. If your supplier is using a service provider other than Pagero, you should get in touch with them separately to inform them that you wish to start receiving electronic documents from them.

Look under My documents and then Received documents in Pagero Online.

No, you only need to add customers who receive PDFs via email and e-invoices.

In Pagero Online under the tab My Customers under Customer Directory, you can see the current status of the customer. If the status has disappeared, the connection has been completed and you can start sending e-invoices to the recipient. Remember that in some cases when you add a new customer, you need to send an email and ask them to contact their service provider to set up the connection. When the customer confirms that the connection has been completed on their side, you need to activate the routing. Go to the Customer Directory tab, then View requests, then Routing requests.

The customer number is used as a form of ID so that we can match the invoice to the correct recipient. If you don’t use customer numbers, we can match according to other values such as organisation number, VAT number or GLN number.
