Polish MoF confirms the KSeF e-invoicing obligation start in February 2026 and provides additional details on the mandate
On April 12, 2025, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) published updated postulates for legislative, technical and business changes impacting KSeF. Moreover, based on the comments from previous public consultations, a second draft act to implement mandatory e-invoicing via KSeF was released.

The Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) answered parliamentary questions regarding KSeF, confirming that mandate postponement is not planned.
The Polish government starts the final consultations on the KSeF draft Act and schema FA_VAT (3)
Along with the draft amendment to the KSeF obligation, the government released the draft schema FA_VAT (3) and FA_RR (1), and public consultations on the amendment and logical structure are open.
