Ghana proceeds with the second phase of the Electronic VAT Invoicing System
Ghana has launched the second phase of the Electronic VAT Invoicing System. For this phase, 2000 VAT-registered taxpayers will be onboarded to issue electronic VAT invoices.
Ghana continues the VAT e-invoicing system roll-out
To facilitate the ongoing roll-out of the VAT e-invoicing system, Ghana’s Revenue Authority (GRA) published a list of businesses invited to perform the onboarding. By June 2024, 600 VAT-registered taxpayers should be onboarded on the system to issue electronic VAT invoices.
